Tracking
Depending on the product, you will receive a tracking number after your order, which allows you to follow the status of your delivery. Please note that products such as books are only shipped with simplified tracking.

Cost of Return
Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by you as the customer. A free return is only possible in exceptional cases, for example, if you have received a wrong or damaged item.
