GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

At BERGKAISER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can, of course, return it to us within your 30-day right of withdrawal.

Returns are quick and easy to process:

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

 

Condition of Goods: Please ensure that the items are in their original condition. Trying them on, as in a retail store, is of course permitted. Please avoid any signs of use beyond that.

Packaging: If possible, place the items back in their original packaging. Use a sturdy outer box for shipping to optimally protect the goods from transport damage.

 

Step 2: Include Return Information

 

To ensure quick processing of your return, please include the completed withdrawal form or a handwritten note with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • (Optional) The reason for the return

 

Step 3: Ship Your Return

 

According to our right of withdrawal policy, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Postage: Please sufficiently frank your package. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice (e.g., DHL, DPD, Hermes). Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid shipments.

Proof of Shipment: Please keep the proof of postage for your return carefully. It serves as proof in case the package gets lost in transit.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

 

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to you immediately.

Timeframe: The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Payment Method: The credit will always be issued via the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Important Information

 

Direct Exchange: Unfortunately, a direct exchange of an item (e.g., for a different size or color) is not possible due to logistical reasons. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a separate, new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to receive it.

Complaints (Damaged or Incorrect Goods): Should you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please be sure to contact us by email or phone before returning it. In such cases, we will, of course, arrange a free and suitable solution for you.
